The Renault Vel Satis was a concept car created by Renault in 1999 as a tribute to the company's successes in the 1980s and early 1990s. The concept car is a low-volume sporty version of the Renault Clio, with a 1.5 litre naturally aspirated Renault ZE engine producing and a claimed top speed of.
